If you’re like everyone else who sees the Yumbii truck rolling down the road, there’s one fast question: who is behind that thing? The answer is Atlanta’s own Carson Young, who has a vision to bring gourmet street food to Atlanta. But it’s not just about the great food; Carson looks forward to helping put Atlanta on the map as the country’s next big food truck town. The menu, developed by world class chef Tomas Lee, was built to be the foundation for the food truck revolution in the southeast.
